Our training experience
Lead trainer Adam Cail has been training dogs for more than 10 years. He founded AAA K-9 in 2005 in order to more fully develop his own integrated training style. He believes that one size does NOT fit all when it comes to training dogs. Adam brings common sense, psychology, love of dogs and people, positive attitudes -- and, most of all, FUN -- to his training style.
Rescue and Shelter Dogs
Rescuing a dog from the street, shelter, or rescue group can be one of the most rewarding experiences of your life. However, many rescue dogs have things they need help with. Most rescue dogs need a boost of confidence, and many have unwanted behaviors that we need to replace with more acceptable ones. Some of these behaviors are what got them put in a shelter in the first place, while others are a result of having to live in a shelter, outside of a home environment. At AAA K-9, we work extensively with Cincinnati Lab Rescue and the HART rescue group. We want to ensure that these dogs don’t end up back in the rescue, shelter, or banished to the back yard for life. We work to keep these dogs in their forever homes by helping their adopters understand why their dogs are behaving the way they are, and how to communicate what we want from them.
